The Homes
The Charles Farrell House was built between 1913 and 1915 by well-known architect John H. Roffler, brother to Mrs. Rose Farrell. Rose was a former owner of Farrell & Eddy Department Store, which now houses Camas Antiques. Despite its age, the house is in wonderful condition and still boasts many original features: oak hardwood floors and trim on the main floor, quaint light fixtures, built-ins galore, push button light switches, and wavy glass windows. All the upstairs fir floors have been sanded and re-finished which brought out their beautiful, warm color.
Charming Classic Craftsman- Built in 1910, home was a working farmhouse until the 1960′s. It remained unoccupied for 10 years, until former owners saw the potential and began renovating, with the assistance of an architect. The home actually had to be lifted off its foundation to excavate a rock as big as

the entire dining room, which had affected the foundation. The renovation is notable for being seamless – it is hard to differentiate between the original structure and newer additions. The main part of the home contains all original moldings, original 5-panel doors and door hardware. With additions, the home is just over 5,000 sq ft. The house also features a unique collection of antiques that are not to be missed.
Modern Craftsman on the Columbian- This home was originally built in the Craftsman style in 2000, but in 2006 when the new owners purchased the house, they truly made it their own by opening the home up to fully capture the lovely Columbia River views. The current design focuses on linear fluidity and suggestive movement. The exterior renovation focused on the facade facing the waterfront,

adding rock walls and landscaping, spiriting the style more towards a contemporary Cape Cod design to better reflect the homes’ waterfront location.
Home on Lacamas Lake- This classic home, built in the formal federal style, was custom designed by the homeowners. The elegant home and groundsreflect the couple’s varied interests, and houses a collection of art and antiques that has been added to over 46 years of marriage. Entering the home, visitors may notice the soaring 12″ – 23″ ceilings on the main floor. There are more than one hundred arches, and four kinds of slab granite used in the structure. The extensive woodwork and moldings seen throughout the house were designed by the owners. french doors and expansive custom-designed windows illuminate the home. Outside the home, a wrap-around deck overlooks the wetlands and the 13th signature hole of the Camas Meadows Golf Course. There is extensive formal landscaping designed by the owners who love to garden.
