Tim McCusker will fit right in to Downtown Camas as he stepped right up the plate his first week in town to prepare chili for the recent Downtown Camas Chili Cookoff. No one is surprised that the former Iron Chef Winner took first place for his chili. And that is JUST a TASTE of things to come!

Tim McCusker, who is the owner of a catering business called The Rustic Palate, will be opening a new restaurant in Downtown Camas called Harvest. It will be located next to the Camas Hotel on the corner of 4th Ave and Cedar Street. Tim was a recent winner of Portland’s Iron Chef contest.
